摘要
结合胜利油田污水回注处理现状,介绍了近两年来胜利油田回注污水处理中应用的新工艺、新技术,主要有:针对腐蚀性污水实施了预氧化处理技术、水质改性处理技术,实施后水质达标,沿程水质稳定;针对含聚污水实施了氮气气浮除油技术和气浮与磁粉处理结合技术,取得较好除油效果,存在问题为产生污泥量大,排污困难;针对油田回注污水中低含油难以去除难题,实施了生物接触氧化处理技术并在樊41低渗透油田工业化应用,配套金属膜精细处理,使处理后水质达到A1级标准。针对油田污水回注处理中后续存在难题,提出了下步攻关方向。
The present situation of recycled produced water treatments in Shengli oil fields and the new technologies and techiques introduced in recent two years were described. The laters included:preoxidation and water quality adjustment by using limewater for corrosive waters to become qualified and less changeable flooding waters; nitrogen gas floatation and gas floatation plus coagulation/ floeculation promoted by magnetic powder for deoiling of polymer containing produced waters,which however resulted in large amounts of sludge diffieuh to be handled ;biological contact oxidation treatment with metallic membrane finefiltration for removing low content oil in recycled produced water,which in use at low permeability oil reservoir Fan-41 gave an exellent qualified flooding water of grade A1. To solve the problems presently existed, the guide for further developing oilfield produced water treatments for reservoir flooding was put forward.
