摘要
以寻求适合产品平台的参数化设计方法为目标,探讨了传统参数化设计方法的不足,分析了面向产品平台的参数化设计的基本功能;提出参数化设计资源的概念,建立了基于.NET Frameworks的面向产品平台的参数化设计模型。该模型支持网络化协同设计;引入动态的产品结构树多视图浏览,实现对资源的有序管理;采用.NET对AutoCAD进行二次开发,将绘图程序封装成DLL文件,方便在网络传输与共享,实现参数化尺寸驱动。该方法应用于浙江某起重机厂的产品平台中,取得较好效果。
After analyzing the disadvantages of the traditional parametric design,the basic functions of a parametric design for product platform were listed. A new notion named parametric design resource was put forward and a new parametric design model is established based on. Net Framework. It supported collaborative design and introduced dynamic product structure tree viewer to organize the resources in perfect order. In the secondary development of AutoCAD,drawing procedures were packaged as DLL files in order to make the drawing program deliver and share conveniently. The method was effective in an instance of crane product platform.
