摘要
按接枝物的不同类型,分别综述了壳聚糖与小分子单体、大分子单体、高分子的接枝改性方法的进展。通过接枝共聚改性,可以赋予壳聚糖某些新性能,例如亲水性、功能性、智能性等,这些独特的性能使壳聚糖接枝改性产物在生物医学上有很好的应用前景。
The advance in graft copolymerization on technique of chitosans based on the different types of monomersis is reviewed. The monomers , Such as small molecules monomer, macromer, polymer, are mentioned in the paper. The grafted modification offers some new propteries of chitosans such as hydrophilicity, functional and intelligence, and efc. The specific propteries and their potential applications of the grafted modified chitosans in biomedicine are introduced briefly.
