摘要
文中针对目前我国高校物流人才培养与企业需求之间的矛盾进行研究,探讨企业对物流人才的不同需求,再结合目前高校物流人才培养现状及存在的问题,探讨了我国高校物流人才培养与企业需求如何有效对接的解决途径。
This article conducts the research on the contradiction between the current logistics personnel training of Our University and the enterprise demand, the discussion on different demand of enterprise logistics talents, combined with the current situation of University logistics personnel training and the existence question, to explore solutions how the logistics personnel training of Our University and enterprises demand to dock effectively.
