摘要
改革开放以来,我国高等教育规模与结构发生了历史性的深刻剧变,高等教育入学机会分配政策也在"公平"与"效益"的矛盾和冲突中不断地进行着调适与改革。透过对三十年来我国高等教育入学机会分配政策的回顾和脉络走向的把握,可以看出高等教育入学机会政策改革取得了一定的成效,但也存在一些问题。政府有必要进一步转变角色、职能,关注群体间接受高等教育"量"与"质"的双重差异。
Since the reform and opening-up in 1978,the scale and structure of China's higher education(HE) has undergone fundamental changes.To keep the balance between the contradicted equality and efficiency,China's college admission policies also went through continuous adjustment and reformation.Looking back upon China's college admission policies in the past 30 years,we can find that,though they are fairly effective,there is still much room for improvement.It is esp.necessary for Government to transform its own role and function,and bridge the 'quality gap' as well as 'quantity gap' in HE between various social groups.
