摘要
人力资源管理是一门理论性、实践性、应用性、政策性很强的学科,在教学过程中选择有效的教学方法非常重要。目前,我国在人力资源管理课程教学过程中的教学方法单一,难以满足社会对人才的需求。通过在现有的教学方法中引入案例教学、视听技术、网络信息技术、角色扮演、达标式学习等多元化的教学方法,提高学生的知识运用能力、实践能力、沟通能力和创新能力,掌握人力资源管理中的基本操作性技能,从而满足社会对人才的需求。基于胜任能力理论,对人力资源管理教学的多元化教学方法进行了研究。
Human Resources Management is a theoretical, practical, applied, strong political course. It is very important to choose effective teaching methods in the teaching process. But now teaching method in human resources management is too single to satisfy social requirements. If some new teaching methods such as: case teaching, audio-visual technology, network communication technology, role playing etc. can be introduced to teaching process, the ability of students, for example applying ability practice ability communicating ability and innovating ability, can be improved and basic operational skills in human resources management can be mastered by students. Based on the competence theory, the multiple teaching methods are introduced in this article and nine methods which can be applied to teaching on human resources management are recommended.
