摘要
招投标市场的主体主要有建筑企业和招标代理机构。通过对建筑企业进行诚信博弈分析和行政处罚条件下的诚信分析,说明了建立完善的诚信制度,公开企业的信用记录,是建筑企业在每次招投标活动中都选择诚信的基础。同时对福建省建筑企业的信用评定指标进行了分析,并提出改进建议。
Bidding market mainly consists of architect enterprises and bidding agency. By credit analysis of architect enterprise in terms of game theory and administrative penalty, perfect credit system and credit record open to the public are proved to be the basis of credit for architect enterprises in bidding. Meanwhile, the credit appraisal index of architect enterprises in Fujian Province was analyzed and its remedies were also put forward.
