本文通过对广东省高要师范图书馆在“达标评估”前后巨大变化的分析，试图论证“达标评估”
Abstract The paper discusses the evaluation function to improve the normal school Library development by analysis of big change after the education evaluation in Gaoyao normal School Library of Guangdong Province.
