摘要
目的了解某汽车改装厂产生的职业病危害,查找超标原因,探讨控制措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测检验方法。结果该汽车改装厂存在的主要职业病危害因素有:粉尘,化学有毒物质(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、CO、NO、NO2、MnO2),紫外线辐射和噪声。检测13个作业岗位的粉尘浓度,8个岗位不合格,超标率为61.5%;检测14个岗位的噪声强度,8个超标,超标率57.1%;除调漆室和室内喷漆岗位的苯浓度超标外,其他岗位的化学有毒物质经检测均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论应从职业病危害发生的关键部位,综合采取防尘、防毒、防噪等控制措施。
[ Objective ] To investigate the occupational hazards of a automobile remodeling factory, to find out the reason for exceeding standard, and explore the control measures. [ Methods ] Onsite occupational health investigation and detection of occupational hazard factors were applied. [ Results ] The main occupational risk factors that existed in the automobile remodeling factory were dust, chemical toxic substances ( benzene, toluene, xylene, CO, NO, NO2 , MnO2 ) , ultraviolet radiation and noise. The dust concentrations were detected in 13 work sites, among which, 8 work sites were not qualified, the over standard rate was 61.5% ; the noise was tested in 14 work sites, and 8 sites were not qualified, the over standard rate was 57.1% ; except for benzene density in harmonizing lacquer room and indoor spraying paint post, chemical toxic substance levels at other posts all met the requirements of national standards. [ Conclusion] Control measures such as dust, poisons and noise prevention should be taken at the critical parts that the occupational hazards occur.
