摘要
以电液伺服比例阀控缸位置控制系统为研究对象,通过对电液伺服比例阀控液压缸系统的详细分析,建立了液压系统的动态数学模型。利用Matlab软件中的动态仿真工具Simulink,构造了电液伺服控制系统仿真模型,对其仿真。并利用AMESim和Matlab/Simulink的各自优势建立了联合仿真模型,进行了仿真分析,取得了良好的效果,并详细进行了性能分析与研究。同时分析了影响液压系统动态特性的主要因素。
Taking an electro-hydraulic servo-proportional value controlling cylinder as an example.It estabhsh the dynamical mathematic model of electro-hydraulic servo-proportional value controlling cylinder servo position system base on the research of its principle.Establish the simulation model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system with dynamic simulation tool-- Simulink in Matlab software, and simulate it. And that, a model based on the technology of AMESim-Matlab/Simulink co- simulation of a typical electro-hydraulic servo position controlling system was established. Simulation and analysis of the system was content. Meanwhile, analyses the key factors of affecting the dynamical characteristics of hydraulic system.
