摘要
分析了学科馆员队伍素质与高校重点学科建设的关系,以及强化学科馆员队伍对于推进高校重点学科建设的重要性,指出强化学科馆员制度建设是推进高校重点学科建设的需要,提出了强化高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的基本策略。
The relationship between the team quality of subject librarians and the building of key subjects in colleges and universities as well as the importance of strengthening the team of subject librarians to advance the building of keysubjects are analyzed. The needs of strengthening the team of subject librarians are pointed out and the basic strategies of strengthening the library subject librarian system building in colleges and universities are put forward.
