摘要
根据文献检索和理论分析,通过半结构化访谈和开放式问卷,编制高校学生干部领导能力问卷,并对问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,结果表明:高校学生干部领导能力包含信息处理能力、任务执行能力、合作能力、沟通协调能力4个维度,该问卷具有较好的信、效度,可以作为同类研究的测量工具。
As student managers, their leadership is necessary for their work. In this study, we used the methods of Semi-structured Interview, Open-ended Questionnaire, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to explore the leadership structure of college student leaders. We found that: the structure of leadership of college student leaders includes four dimensions. Arranged in descending order of importance to the questionnaire are: 1) the ability of information processing; 2) the ability of task execution; 3) cooperative competence; 4) the ability of communication and organization. EFA and CFA also showed that the questionnaire had suitable reliability and high validity.
