从混合C_9芳烃中提取均三甲苯

摘要 采用烷基化-分离法从混合C9芳烃中提取均三甲苯。烷基化反应中使用负载型固体酸催化剂。用盐酸对锦州高岭土进行酸改性,制得具有一定硅铝比的改性高岭土,以磷钨酸为活性组分,以酸改性高岭土为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制得HPW/高岭土固体酸催化剂,并将其应用于烷基化-分离法提纯均三甲苯工艺中,得到满足工业要求的纯度为98.5%的均三甲苯产品。 Mesitylene was recovered from mix C9 aromatic hydrocarbon by alkylation - separation. The supported solid acid catalyst was used in alkylafion reaction. Using Jinzhou kaolin modified by acid as carrier and using phospbo - tungstic acid as active component,the modified kaolin supported phospho- tungstic acid catalyst(HPW/kaolin) was prepared by impregnation method. HPW/kaolin was applied in the reaction of purifying 1,3,5 - trimethyl benzene by alkylation- separation process. Purity of Mesitylene Products was satisfied the purity that industry demands for 98.5%.
