Blood Pressure and Its Cognition Status of Middle School Students in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州市中学生血压状况及其对高血压的认知,为制定中学生健康教育措施提供依据。方法按分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取广州市5所中学初一~高二年级共4542名中学生进行问卷调查。结果收缩压与舒张压偏高率男生为4.9%和5.1%,女生为4.8%和5.1%,存在血压偏高的现象;中学生对高血压知识的认知状况与其高血压家族史有一定的关系。结论应密切关注广州市中学生血压偏高的现象,采取一定措施如健康教育等加强中学生对高血压的认知,以预防中学生成人高血压的发生。 Objective To learn Guangzhou middle school students' blood pressure status and their cognition to high blood pressure, and to provide basis for health education measures. Methods 4 542 students from primary middle school grade one to high middle school grade two in five middle schools were selected by stratified cluster random sampling and surveyed by questionnaire. Results Guangzhou middle school students' blood pressure was a little high, and middle school students' cognition of high blood pressure was related with their high blood pressure family history. Conclusion Close attention should be paid to students' higher blood pressure phenomenon, and students' cognition to high blood pressure should be strengthed by measures such as health education in order to prevent students'grown-up hypertensive happening.
