摘要
某款纯电动汽车电机支架在使用过程中发生开裂现象,通过在仿真分析软件IDEAS里建立起有限元模型,计算出该支架的应力分布情况并找到零件缺陷。利用仿真分析软件IDEAS对重新设计的电机支架进行了校核分析,得出了理论分析结果,并提出了程序推荐的电机支架新结构。通过实际数据与理论分析结果的对比,证明该分析方法的有效性和实用性,为电动汽车电机支架的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。
Crack phenomena is occurred in the motor bracket of a certain pure electric vehicle, through the simulation software IDEAS finite element model is set. Calculate the stress distribution and find the defects of this part. Using simulation software IDEAS the re-designed motor bracket verification analysis is proceeded. Then a theory analysis result is received. And a new configuration suggested by the program of the motor bracket is put forward. It is proved to be effective and practicable by contrast theoretical data with actual data. It also provides a theory basis for the reliable design of the motor bracket in electric vehicle.
