摘要
针对沿海地区混凝土桥梁,采用现场数据检测、室内试验、理论分析、实体工程应用等技术路线,对耐久性评价技术进行了研究。考虑混凝土材料、钢筋工况、环境作用等3个方面的综合影响,提出以耐久性评价为目标的层次评价分析模型,模型分为3个层次。建立评价指标体系与分级标准。根据对海洋环境中许多工程的调查结果确定了指标层权重。采用层次分析理论(AHP),在综合评价过程中采用主因素突出型模糊算子对。建立了一套完整的海潮区既有混凝土桥梁耐久性评价技术,把不可测量的混凝土结构或构件耐久性逐层分解为可现场检测的定性或定量指标。实例表明本评价方法具有逻辑性和可操作性。
In marine environment, durability of concrete bridge is severe due to abundant chlorides and fit humidity. Assessment result is the base of durability maintenance. Durability assessment method was studied by field inspection, experimental test, theoretical analysis and engineering application for concrete bridges in marine environment. An AHP durability evaluation model of concrete bridge containing three hierarchical levels was set up based on states of concrete material, reinforcement bar and existing circumstance. Evaluation index system and leveling criterion in the model were suggested individually. Evaluation index weight was determined based on results of survey at many projects in marine environment.Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were adopted in durability evaluation procedure, where main factor highlighted fuzzy operator were applied. A systemic evaluation method on durability was established for concrete bridge in marine environment, in which unmeasured durability of concrete was divided hierarchically into indexes which can be measured quantitatively or evaluated qualitatively directly. The example shows that the evaluation method is logistic and operable.
