摘要
目的利用离体皮肤渗透技术研究了熊果苷柔性脂质体的经皮渗透和几种渗透促进剂对其影响。方法制备熊果苷柔性脂质体及比较剂型均匀涂布实验小鼠于皮片上,此后一定时间收集皮片下接受液,用HPLC检测其熊果苷含量。结果当涂布量为80mg/cm2,涂布面积为5cm2时,熊果苷经3天龄大鼠表皮和成年小鼠全皮渗透,其渗透能力与浓度和作用时间有关。乳化体(霜)中熊果苷的渗透能力约为水溶液的50%,但脂质体及柔性脂质体剂型能有效增加熊果苷在皮肤中的滞留量。
Objective To investigate the effect oftransdermal penetration ofarbutin flexible liposome and several promoting reagents. Methods Arbutin was encapsulated in flexible liposome and comparative dosages, then coasted on the skin of rats. The accepted liquid was collected and then determined and calculated the content of arbutin by HPLC method. Results The capability of arbutin was observed that re lated with the concentration and lasting time, when the coasting concentration was 80 mg/cm^2 and coasting area was 5 cm^2 by the 3 d old rat epidermis and whole skin of adult mouse. The transdermal Penetration capability of arbutin creams was 50% of its liquid type, but the liposome and flexible liposome dosages of arbutin could enhance the accumulation amounts of skin.
