摘要
冬枣是果中珍品,近几年发展很快,但采后贮藏保鲜问题一直是其种植业发展的重要制约因素.本文就其采后病害、贮藏过程中的生理、病理问题及贮藏保鲜技术进行了详细论述,对冬枣保鲜技术的发展及综合技术体系进行了探讨,为冬枣采后产业化发展提供技术支持.
Dongzao jujube is the rarity of fruits,which developed fast in the past few years. However, the storing and fresh-keeping techniques of Dongzao jujube had been the constraints in the development of plantation. In the paper, the postharvest disease, some physical and pathological problems appeared during storage and fresh-keeping techniques of Dongzao jujube storage were discussed in detail;the paper is a comprehensive analysis not only from physical methods and the use of antistaling agent, but also from the study on safe-biological control domain;At last,the paper discussed the prospect of fresh-keeping technique and the foundation of comprehensive technical system, in order to provide industry developments of Dongzao jujube with technical supports.
