摘要
目的探讨中波紫外线照射仪对绝经后骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法选择符合诊断标准的绝经后骨质疏松患者99例随机分为A、B、C三组,在A组35例肾阳虚型绝经后骨质疏松患者用中波紫外线照射治疗;B组34例肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松患者用中波紫外线照射治疗,两组均加服钙剂(2 g/d)。对照组C组,30例绝经后骨质疏松患者肌注鲑鱼降钙素,同时加服钙剂(2 g/d)。观察治疗前后血清1,25(OH)2D3、YoungZ、腰椎骨密度(BMD)的变化。结果中波紫外线照射治疗肾阳虚组血清1,25(OH)2D3、Young Z、腰椎BMD在治疗前后差异均有显著性,与肾阴虚组比较有显著差异。C组各观察指标无明显变化。结论中波紫外线照射对绝经后肾阳虚型骨质疏松有较好的疗效,可提高骨密度,改善骨代谢。
Objective To study the role of UV-B irradiate instrument in the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 99 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into A, B and C groups. In group A, 35 patients with deficiency of kidneyyang postmenopausal osteoporosis were given irradiation with UV-B irradiate instrument. In group B, 34 patients with deficiency of kidney-yin postmenopausal osteoporosis were given irradiation with UV-B irradiate instrument. And in the two groups, they were took elementary calcium (2 g/d) . In the control group C, 30 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were injected salmon calcitonin (CT) and were took elementary calcium ( 2 g/d). The serum 1,25 (OH) 2 D3 and the Young Z and bone mineral density (BMD) change were detected before and after the treatment. Results The levels of serum 1,25 (OH)2 D3 and Young Z and BMD were significantly increased in the deficiency of kid- ney-yang group after UV-B irradiate instrument and there was no change in group C. The effective rate was 90% , there was remarkably difference after treatment than before in the deficiency of kidney-yin group. Conclusions UV-B irradiate instrument is an effective cure in the improvement of bone metabolism of osteoporosis.
