点阳极射流电沉积中二维枝晶的生长

摘要 将分形几何与电化学原理相结合,编程模拟了点阳极射流电沉积中枝晶的分形生长。用自行设计的实验设备研究了点阳极尺寸对点阳极射流电沉积中,金属镍枝晶二维电沉积生长行为特性的影响,并从分形维数的角度对其进行分析。结果表明:点阳极射流电沉积中的枝晶也是分形生长的,随着点阳极尺寸的增大,枝晶簇的形貌向致密型转变,分形维数也随之增加,模拟结果与实验结果具有极好的相似性,从而有力地促进了枝晶电沉积的分形研究。 By a combination of fractal geometry and electrochemical principle, the fractal growth of dendrites in jet- electrodeposition with point anode was stimulated through programming. With self-designed equipment, the influence of anode size on the growth behavior property of dendrite growth was investigated, and also analyzed with fractal dimension. The results show that the dendrites of metal Ni obtained in jet-electrodeposition with point anode are similar to the result of stimulation, belonging to the same kind of fractal growth. The formation of dendrite gradually changes with dense growth when anode size increases with a larger fractal dimension. This shows the stimulated results can make a correct description of dendrite fractal growth and give a powerful push to the fractal study of dendrite electrodeposition.
