摘要
通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数据统计法和归纳法,对2007-2008年CBA季后赛前6名篮球队防守技战术进行研究.研究结果表明,在比赛中以区域联防为主,同时结合人盯人防守、区域紧逼、综合防守等战术体系;协防、补防质量较高,移动快,轮转换位意识强,但夹击、穿过、绕过等攻击性防守相对较弱;快攻回防的人数比较少,出现无人防守次数较多,防守效果差;衔接段防守时回防速度较快,落位及时,成功率高,但回防参与人数少;后场篮板球控制能力强,抢断球和盖帽次数多,同时外线队员的防投篮和盖帽的能力也有所提高;个人防守好,手段多,攻击性强,但是运用次数偏少,技术也需要有待提高.
Through literature, video observation, data and statistics into law, to research defensive skills and tactics of six basketball teams in the CBA playoffs between 2007 and race is major defense as well as man-to-man defense, regional complement in the defense is high-quality, players have fast 2008. The results shown that the zone defense in the press and in moving and tegrated defense and so on. To assist and strong sense of rotation, but aggressive defense of converging attack, crossing, bypassing and so on is quite weak. The nmnber of players is quite few when defending fast attack, the times of nobody defending are quite many, the defensive effect is bad. The speed of defense is very quick when convergence paragraph defending as well as loading spaces in time, high successive rate, but participants when back-defending is quite few. Players have very strong ability to control defensive rebounds, and have quite many times to block shootings and steal bails, at the same time, the outside players increase the ability of defending and blocking shootings. Personal player has a good and strong-attack defense and many ways to defend, i but the frequency of his defensive application is quite low, defensive skill also need to be improved.
