摘要
应用流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）灭活疫苗，对太仓市６２名６～１８月龄健康儿童，开展３针和２针初免自身内对照血清学效果观察。经蚀斑减少中和试验（ＰＲＮＴ）检测，３针和２针的免疫成功率和几何平均滴度倒数（ＧＭＲＴ）分别为１００％、５９．１６和７４．１９％、２２．７１，３针血清学效果优于２针。
62 healthy infants of 6-18 months old were selected from Taichang city for elementary immunization with inactivated Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccine in 3 doses The serologic effect of the vaccine was determined by autocontrast in infants after 2 (0,7days) and 3 (0, 7, 37 days) injections correspondingly Neutralizing antibody titer was detected by plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT) The results showed that the immunization successful rate and GMRT of 3 injections were 100% and 5916 respectively, of 2 injections were 7419% and 2271 respectively, soserologic effect of 3 doses is superior to 2 doses
