摘要
阿是穴历史悠久,早于经穴,因能具有特殊的治疗效果,为历朝医家所重视,但他们的认识都不尽一致,临床应用也不尽相同,目前对于阿是穴的定位和治疗尚无明确规定,寻找疼痛、条索、肿痛、痉挛、粘连等病理反应是常见方法,现临床上使用较多的取法是以痛为腧,以疼痛症状的缓解为主要临床观察指标。为此对阿是穴进行6个方面的总结与研究,即:历史渊源、原因及性能、取穴方法、临床应用、机理、体会和讨论,临床上正确使用阿是穴,对于提高疗效有着重要意义。
Arab-hole is a long history ,as early as in Meridian, due to special treatment, the historical home for medical attention, however, they are not all the knowledge, clinical application may differ from each other,at present, the point is the Arab position and there is no clear treatment, search for pain, cord, pain, spasticity, such as adhesion is a common method of pathological response, clinical use is more based on Qufa acupuncture for pain, in order to ease the pain as the main indicator of clinical observation. To this end, I was on the Arab-Israeli six points for the study and sum up, That is： history and the reasons for performance, Point Selection methods, clinical applications, and the mechanism of experience and discussion, clinically, the proper use of the Arab-Israeli point is, for improving the efficacy of great significance.
