摘要
目的:在几种常规提取方法中筛选出提取丁香挥发油的工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对丁香酚进行含量测定,确定丁香油的提取工艺。结果:丁香油的提取方法为乙醇回流提取法。结论:采用高效液相色谱法能准确测定丁香酚的含量,进而确立丁香油的提取方法。
： Objective ： To study and optimize the extracting teehnology of the volatile oil of Flos caryophyUi from the routine method of the extracting technology. Methods：Using high performanee liquid ehromatography（HPLC） to assaying the content of eugenol in volatile oil, the best extracting technology was selected. Results：Comparing the quantity of volatile oil and the content of eugenol in volatile oil, the method of reeireulation with alcohol was the best one. Conclusion：The content of eugenol in volatile oil is accurate determined by HPLC,and the extracting technology of the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli is established.
