摘要
目前国内大部分建筑企业的成本控制还停留在粗放式的经验管理模式中,各业务部门成本数据比较分散,决策层不能实时掌握项目的动态成本。在信息化时代,运用信息化的方法对施工项目成本进行动态控制显得尤为重要。建立成本控制信息化操作平台则是实现它的途径,此操作平台集成了成本数据信息、操作人员、计算机软硬件和相应方法,它的核心是成本数据信息。
At present, most of the cost control of domestic construction enterprises still stays in the mode of extensive management with cost data scattered in each business department. The decision-makers could not master the real-time dynamic cost of the project. Therefore, using the methods of informationization to control the construction project costs dynamically appears to be particularly important in the information age. To achieve it, we can establish the operating platform of controlling the cost informationizationaly. This platform integrated operators, information of cost data, computer hardware and software, and corresponding methods together. Its core is the information of cost data
