摘要
目的：探讨Ｘ综合征患者有无胰岛素抵抗及其在Ｘ综合征中的作用。方法：观察１３例Ｘ综合征患者（Ｘ综合征组）和１５例正常人（正常对照组）血胰岛素水平，胰岛素敏感性指数，以及Ｘ综合征患者左心室收缩功能。结果：Ｘ综合征组患者空腹血糖，空腹胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０１），其中４例左心室功能减弱。结论：①Ｘ综合征患者存在高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗。②部分患者可能存在不同程度的收缩功能减弱。
? Objective:To investigate whether there were abnormalities of insulin sensitivity and its effect in patients with syndrome X. Methods:Plasma insulin level and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)were measured in 13 patients with syndrome X group and in 15 control subjects (control group)and the function of left ventricular systolic function were detected with syndrome X. Results:The syndrome X group had a significantly greater mean fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin and ISI than that of control group(p<001).The declining of left ventricular systolic function in 4 of the patients with syndrome X. Conclusions:The patients with syndrome X exist hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance.Some patients with syndrome X may exist the declining of left ventricular systolic function.
