锌离子交联水性木器涂料用苯丙乳液的研制 被引量:7

摘要 采用核壳乳液聚合方法,通过添加氧化锌作为交联剂,合成了稳定的锌离子交联型苯丙乳液。考察了功能单体丙烯酸的添加方式、添加量以及ZnO交联剂的添加量、加入时的温度等对涂膜性能的影响。通过实验确定了功能单体丙烯酸采用中后期添加方式,添加量为7%~9%;氧化锌添加的温度在55~65℃,氧化锌的添加量即n(Zn^2+):n(=COO^-)为0.5~0.6;制得的自交联乳液配制成木器涂料,室温干燥的涂膜具有干燥速度快、硬度高、易打磨和抗粘连性好的特点。 Zinc ion crosslinking styrene - acrylic emulsions were prepared by core - shell emulsion polymerization process through adding zinc oxide as a crosslinker. The effects of charging levels and ways of acrylic acid and zinc oxide, and temperature during incorporation of zinc oxide, on the property of cured film were investigated. The results showed that the optimal charging way of acrylic acid is the post adding process, charging acrylic acid level was 7% -9%, the temperature during incorporation of zinc oxide was 55 - 65 ℃, the amount of zinc oxide, i.e. the mole ratio of Zn^2+/-COO^- was 0.5 - 0.6. The wood coatings prepared based on the emulsion displayed excellent properties, including fast drying, high hardness, good sandability and excellent block resistance.
