疏肝理气法对糖耐量减低肥胖者胰岛素抵抗及血清C-RP的影响 被引量:12

摘要 探讨疏肝理气法对糖耐量减低(IGT)肥胖者胰岛素抵抗及血清C反应蛋白(C-RP)的影响。方法:将120例糖耐量减低肥胖者(BMI≥25kg/m2)随机分为治疗组60例、对照组60例,比较治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、血清C-RP以及空腹和2h真胰岛素(FTI,2hTI),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和分泌指数(HOMA-β)。结果:2组FBG、2hPBG均明显降低。治疗组BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、C-RP明显减低,对照组无变化;各组FTI、2hTI、HOMA-IR降低,HOMA-β升高,但组间比较治疗组更明显,有统计学意义。结论:疏肝理气中药可明显改善IGT患者胰岛素敏感性以及降低血清C-RP水平。
