摘要
对轧制28Cr2Mo钢过程中出现断坯的裂纹部位进行了夹杂、脱碳层及组织分析,并采用瑞典Thermocalc软件对28Cr2Mo钢热力学性质进行了计算。研究表明28Cr2Mo钢在炉时间不足,加热过程中铸坯上下表面存在温差,导致Cr、C等元素不能充分溶解,使得钢坯在轧制时塑性较差,最终导致了铸坯裂纹出现。
The fracture of 28Cr2Mo slab during rolling process was studied by determining impurities and microstructure and decarburization layer. The thermodynamic state of 28Cr2Mo steel was evaluated by Thermocalc/DICTRA software. The results showed that the shortage of heating time and the temperature difference between upper and lower surface of slab resulted in insufficient dissolution of Cr and C, which decreased the ductility of slab during roiling and finally caused the fracture of slab.
