摘要 为监视供电系统一次设备的运行状态和计量一次设备的电气参数,设计了智能供电测控系统。系统采用AVR单片机ATmega128为主控制器,通过其内置A/D转换器进行模数转换及数据处理,选用TVA1421立式穿芯小型精密电压、电流通用互感器,实现供电系统一次侧电压、电流的测量,采用相应的算法编程运算得到一次系统的电压、电流、功率等参数。在开关量输入、输出电路中使用了光电隔离器件将单片机和外部设备隔离开。利用ATmega128单片机的强大的中断功能实现测控系统对某些紧急情况的实时处理。单片机串行口通过RS-422转换器连接RS-422网络,实现与上位机的通信。系统软件采用C语言编程,对实时性要求较高的部分采用汇编语言,以提高运行速度。实验证明:该系统采集速率高,抗干扰能力强,数据传输快速可靠,简单易操作。 An intelligent measuring and control system is designed to monitor the operating states and measure the electrical parameters of power-supply system's primary equipments. It adopts AVR ATmega128 as the main controller,carrying out A/D conversion by its built-in A/D converter and data processing. The TVA1421 universal transformer is used for measuring the primary voltage and current of power-supply system and the primary electrical parameters are calculated by program. The optoelectronic isolator is set in binary input/output circuit to separate SCM from the external equipment. The powerful interruption function of ATmega128 is used to carry out real time tasks. The serial port of SCM connects to RS-422 network via RS -422 converter to communicate with superordinate computer. The system software is programmed with C language and the assembly language is used for the applications with real time performance. Experiments prove its high data collection rate,good anti-jamming ability,quick and reliable data transmission and convenient operation.
