摘要
以菊芋块茎为原料,对菊芋总糖和菊粉提取工艺条件进行优化研究。结果表明,总糖和菊粉提取的最佳工艺条件为:常规水浸提,温度85℃,固液比为1∶15,提取时间为60 min,总糖和菊粉的提取量分别达到3.467 0 g(99.05%)和3.2695 g(93.41%)。
Technical Conditions of the extraction of total sugar and inulin from helianthus tuber root were optimized by orthogonal experiments.The results were described as follows: the optimum conditions for the traditional extraction process is temperature 85 ℃,water ratio 1:15 and time 60 min; the extraction rate of total sugar and inulin from helianthus tuber root could achieve 3.467 0 g(99.05 %) and 3.269 5 g(93.41%).
