摘要
研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)与聚乙二醇400(PEG400)合成TDI-PEG遥爪型聚合物的工艺条件,分析了合成的遥爪型聚合物的添加量与聚氨酯化处理后的滤纸物理性能之间的关系。结果表明:TDI-PEG遥爪型聚合物的合成工艺条件是—NCO与—OH物质的量比为2∶1,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为60min。TDI-PEG遥爪型聚合物的添加量对滤纸的性能有较大影响,TDI-PEG遥爪型聚合物的较合理的添加量为18%,此时滤纸的干抗张强度、耐折度、耐破度和挺度都有大幅度提高,尤其对纸张湿抗张强度的提高最为明显;同时,滤纸还具有良好的透气性能。
The synthesis process of TDI PEG telechelate polymer with TDI and PEG400 was investigated. The relationship between dosage of TDI-PEG telechelate polymer and physical performance of polyure thane treated fiher paper was studied. It was found that the synthesis process condition of TD1-PEG telechelate polymer was ratio of ( NCO)/( OH) of 2 : 1, reaction temperature of 65℃ , and reaction time of 60min. The dosage of TDI PEG telechelate polymer greatly affected the physical characteristics of filter pa per. The optimal dosage of polymer was 18%. At this dosage, the dry tensile strength, the folding endur ance, the bursting strength, and stiffness of filter paper were remarkably enhanced, especially wet tensile strength. Besides, treated filter paper still had good air permeability.
