摘要
目的探讨肝移植手术护理管理模式的建立与实施方法,并观察其实施效果。方法分析肝移植手术护理管理存在的主要问题,建立一套较为完善的肝移植手术护理管理模式,内容包括设立肝移植专科手术护士、加强专科护士的素质培养、完善各项规章制度和建立有效的激励和竞争机制等。结果肝移植手术时间由实施前8h40min缩短为6h35min,手术成功率100.0%;手术医生对护理质量满意率由实施前91.8%提高到97.1%;患者对护理服务质量满意率由实施前93.6%上升到97.8%。结论建立完善的肝移植手术护理管理模式,提高了护士肝移植手术配合的护理知识,医护配合更加默契,从而提高了肝移植的手术护理工作质量。
Objective To explore the establishment and enforcement of nursing management model in liver transplantation operation and to observe its effectiveness. Method Major problems in nursing during liver transplantation operation were analyzed, and a nursing management model in liver transplantation operation was set up, including establishing professional nurses in liver transplantation department, enhancing the training of professional nurses, formulating rules and regulations and establishing effective rewarding and competing mechanism. Results The average operating time was reduced from 8 h 40 rain to 6 h 35 rain, with the 100% success rate; doctors' satisfaction rate of nursing quality was increased from 91.8% to 97.1%. Patients' satisfaction rate of nursing service was increased from 93.6% to 97.8%. Conclusion Since the establishment and enforcement of nursing management model, nurses increased their working enthusiasm and responsibility, and doctors and nurses cooperated by tacit agreement, promoting the nursing in liver transplantation operation.
