摘要
介绍了现代稳健性设计思想,并将稳健性设计的思想理论应用于超越离合器的稳健性设计中,目的是改变传统超越离合器对磨损的稳健性不良的问题,寻求得到一种高稳健性的设计结果。着重讨论了磨损对超越离合器的自锁性能的影响,提出了磨损自锁特性曲线的趋势分析,作为稳健性敏感度分析的准则,同时也对制造误差等其它噪声进行稳健性敏感度分析,最后得到了链环式超越离合器具有高度稳健性的结论,体现了稳健性设计哲理关于"质量是能够设计到产品中去的"思想。
We introduce the modem robust design method to the designing of an overrunning clutch for overcoming the problem of poor robustness existing in a traditional overrunning clutch. Through discussion of the self-locking effects of an overrunning clutch by wear, a trend analysis about wear self-locking property curves was done and the robust sensitivity caused by other kinds of noise such as manufacturing errors was also analyzed. Finally, the good robustness of a chain-ring overrunning clutch validated the robust design philosophy.
