新研制610D大热输入焊接热模拟组织性能分析 被引量:8

摘要 利用热模拟技术,对某钢厂新开发的一种60kg级大热输入焊接用钢板进行了大热输入焊接热模拟试验。试验结果表明:此次试制的钢板在焊接热输入为80kJ/cm时,具有合格性能,但焊接热影响区的低温韧性与日本产SPV490Q仍有一定差距,试制工艺有待改进。 High heat input welding of a steelworks developed 60 kg grade large heat input welding steel was simulated by thermal simulation technology. The result shows that the properties of weld joint measure up at the heat input of 80 kJ/cm, but the toughness of the trial steel at the HAZ is not as good as the SPV490Q produced by Japan at low temperature. Product process of the steel should be optimized.
