摘要
在相同的焊接线能量条件下,对16Mn钢分别进行单丝直流及交流埋弧焊和双丝埋弧焊。对三种埋弧焊焊接所获得的焊接接头进行了力学性能测试,并对断口形貌和组织进行了分析。研究结果表明,双丝埋弧焊获得的接头焊缝区金属的韧性降低,焊缝区和熔合区附近出现了魏氏组织,熔合区附近断口呈韧窝状,焊缝中心断口呈现解理断口。采用双丝和单丝埋弧焊所获得的焊接接头金属硬度值变化不显著。
The welding tests are carried out by single-wire direct current, alternating current and double-wire submerged arc welding process on the 16Mn steel using the same weld heat input. The mechanical test of the welded joint metal is performed. The fracture and microstructure of the welded joint metals are examined and analyzed. The results show that the toughness of the weld metal using double-wire submerged arc welding is decreased, and the widmanstaten microstructure near to the fusion zone and the weld metal zone is formed. The fracture of fusion zone metal is in dimple fractography, and the cleavage fracture will appear in the weld metal centre region. The microhardness of welded joint metal of the double-wire submerged arc welded joint is almost equivalent to that of the single-wire submerged arc welded joint.
