摘要
以DT-F606加脂剂作为基质,采用COD_30法、呼吸曲线法和BOD_5/COD_Cr法对其生物降解性进行了研究,试验结果表明:当基质浓度分别为500、1000mg/L,未驯化活性污泥浓度为1000mg/L和pH值为7的条件下,基质可生物降解,最终降解率达90%。基质浓度分别为125、250mg/L,未驯化活性污泥浓度为1000mg/L和pH值为7的条件下,基质最终降解率分别为68%、86%。试验条件下,接种量、盐度、pH对基质生物降解性均有明显影响,经试验筛选,基质最佳降解条件为接种量2000mg/L,盐度0%~1%,pH值为10。
The methods of COD30, respiratory curve and BOD5/CODcr were adopted to evaluate the biodegradability of DT - F606 fatliquor. The results show that when the concentrations of the substrate are 1 000mg/L and 500mg/L and the dosage of unacclimated activated sludge is 1 000mg/L and pH is 7, the substrate is biodegradable and the biodegradation rate is up to 90%. When the concentrations of the substrate are 125mg/L and 250mg/L and the dosage of unacclimated activated sludge is 1 000mg/ L and pH is 7, biodegradation rate are 68% and 86% respectively. Moreover, the effect of inoculation amount, salinity and pH on the biodegradability of the substrate is obvious. Selected through a series of tests, the optimum conditions for the substrate biodegraded by microorganism are as follows: inoculation amount is 2 000mg/L, salinity is 0% -1% and pH is 10.
