摘要
目的:运用计算机技术,建立药品不良反应临床简报系统,简化药品不良反应的上报程序,提高药品不良反应报告的数量和及时性。方法:根据国家食品药品监督管理局编制的《药品不良反应报告表》,提取必须由临床提供的信息,应用SQL Server 2000数据库以提问形式实现程序设计。结果:药品不良反应临床简报系统操作简便,适用于医院药品不良反应的上报。
Objective：Use computer technology to establish clinical briefing system of adverse drug reaction （ADR） , and simplify the report program of adverse drug reaction, and improve the quantity and betimes of ADR reports. Methods ： According to the adverse drug reaction reports edited by the state food and drug administration to extract necessary clinical informations. Apply SQL Server 2000 databases for realization program design in questioning form. Results： The clinical briefing system of ADR is simple in operation, and is suitable for the reports of hospital ADR.
