摘要
本文针对新兴选煤厂磁选机分选效果差的问题,首先介绍了磁选机的结构及工作过程,然后分析了影响磁选机分选效果的各种因素,并提出了技术改造方案。最后进行了技术指标对比和经济效益分析,得出该技术改造方案可以为该厂每年节约洗选成本180万元。
Aimed at the lower separation effect of wet magnetic separator, this paper first introduced the magnetic separator structure and work process, and then analythzed the impact of the various factors on the separating results, and proposed a technological transformation programme, Finally, carried on the comparation of the technical indicators and the analysis of economic efficiency, made a conclusion that the 1, 800, 000 ￥/a. of washing coal cost be saved by adpoting the technological transformation programme for the xinxing separation plant.
