摘要
基层人民调解制度是我国民间调解的重要保证,这种民间调解制度在我区调解处理各类民间纠纷、维护当地社会稳定方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用。但是,在实际操作过程中却面临着许多困难和问题,文章通过对这些困难和问题的分析,提出了一些完善这一制度的改革思路。
The mediation system of grass roots area is an important form of civil mediation system of China. The mediation system of grass roots area has been playing an important role in solving civil disputes and keeping social stability on one hand. On the other hand, it also faces difficulties and problems for its further development. By analyzing the difficulties and problems in this field, the writers come up with some concrete advices on how to improve this system.
