摘要
为了提高吸声橡胶在深水环境下的吸声性能,从声学填料角度考虑,以无机中空微球、片状结构填充剂和重金属微球等填料为研究对象,考察了声学填料对高静水压力环境下丁基橡胶声学性能的影响。试验结果表明,与传统吸声填料蛭石相比,通过多种功能填充剂的优选并用,有效提高了丁基橡胶在高水压下的吸声性能。
The influence of hollow silicate beads, hollow metal oxide microspheres, metal beads, and squamalike addition agent on the sound absorption coefficient of IIR was studied to improve the hydroaeoustic properties of IIR rubber under the hydrostatic pressure. The result showed that the hydroacoustic absorption coefficient of IIR with these addition agents is higher than that of traditional IIR using vermiculite filler.
