摘要
目的探讨颐和春口服液对小鼠生殖能力及性欲的影响。方法用腺嘌呤制备肾阳虚小鼠模型。实验分为正常对照组、正常阳性药物对照组、正常颐和春给药组、肾阳虚模型组、肾阳虚阳性药物治疗组和肾阳虚颐和春治疗组。观察雄性小鼠肾、睾丸及前列腺器官指数、睾丸形态学改变、阴茎扩张能力及配对雌鼠受孕率、受孕时间、受孕雌鼠生育的仔鼠数和仔鼠平均体重。结果①颐和春口服液及阳性对照药对正常小鼠的生殖功能及阴茎海绵体扩张程度无明显影响。使肾、睾丸及前列腺器官指数增加。②肾阳虚雄性小鼠的受孕率、仔重、产仔数及阴茎海绵体扩张程度显著降低,肾、睾丸及前列腺指数增加,睾丸形态学改变。颐和春及阳性药物组提高受孕率、仔重及阴茎海绵体扩张程度,改善睾丸形态学变化,降低肾及前列腺指数。结论颐和春口服液能改善腺嘌呤所致肾阳虚小鼠生殖功能和性欲。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE The experiment was to observe the effects of Yihechun on the function of reproduction and libido in mice. METHODS The deficiency of kidney-yang model of male mouse was induced by adenine. The mice were divided into normal control group, normal positive-drug group, normal Yihechun group, deficiency of kidney-yang group, positive-drug treatment group, and Yihechun treayment group.The indexes about kidney, testis, and prostate gland, the morphology of testis in male mice, the dilatation degree of cavernous body of penis, the pregnancy rate, the conception time, the number of newborn were observed, and the average body weight of newborn mice were observed. RESULTS ①There was no significant effects on the function of reprodution and libido in normal mice, but the indexes of kidney, testis, and prostate gland were increased in normal mice after treated with Yihechun and positive-drug. ②In deficiency of kidney-yang male mice induced by adenine, the ability of reproduction and libido was decreased, the indexes of kidney, testis, and prostate gland were increased, the morphology of testis was abnormal.After treated with Yihechun and positive-drug, the pregnancy rate, the average body weight of newborn mice, and the dilatation degree of cavernous body of penis were increased, the morphology of testis was improved, and the indexes of kidney and prostate gland were decreased. CONCLUSION The results suggest that Yihechun could improve the function of reproduction and libido in yang vacuity of kidney mice induced by adenine.
