不同浓度氟化物对鸡红细胞微核形成的影响

摘要 为研究氟化物对鸡红细胞微核形成的影响,选用36只1日龄罗曼褐公鸡,随机分为6组,每组6只,第六组为对照组,第一到第五组为实验组,在饮水中添加不同水平的氟化物,使水中氟的含量分别为2.5、1.25、0.625、0.3125、0.1563mg/mL,试验期为3个月。生物统计结果表明,0.1563mg/mL剂量组,红细胞微核细胞率与对照组无明显差异,其他各组微核细胞率随氟剂量的增高而升高(P<0.01)。结果表明氟化物为潜在的诱变物。 The study aimed to research the effects of fluorine on the formation of Micronucleus in chicks.36 one-day chicks were randomLy divided into 6 groups ,6 for each group. The 6th was the control group , the other five groups 1^th,2^th, 3^th, 4^th , 5^th were fed containing 2.5,1.25,0.625,0.3125,0.1563mg/mL of fluoride respectively for 3 months. Chicks were sacrificed for slide making. Compared with the control, no significant induction of Micronucleus was detected with the 0.1563mg/mL group, while the frequencies of Erythrocyte Micronucleus in other 4 groups were increased (P〈0.01) . The result revealed that the fluorine has the potential toxicity.
