摘要
为有效地对企业新产品研发(NPD)项目计划进行决策,通过分析NPD项目计划的多阶段决策特点,基于熵值权法和双基点法,提出了一个NPD项目计划序列的多阶段、多指标决策模型。首先确定各阶段NPD项目计划的指标值,并用熵值权法求出各阶段指标权重;其次,利用双基点法和灰色关联度对各阶段NPD项目计划进行评价,再通过综合各阶段评价结果确定NPD计划序列;最后给出实例,说明了应用该模型进行NPD项目计划序列决策的过程。
To deal with the decision - making of new product development (NPD) project plan effectively, through analyzing its characteristic of multi - stage decision - making, a multi - stage and multi - indicator model for sequencing the NPD project plan is proposed, which is on the basis of entropy weight and TOPSIS ( technique for order preference by similarity to solution) . Firstly, the values of the indicators of NPD project plan for each stage are confirmed, then the weights of the indicator are calculated by the method of entropy weighting. Secondly, by applying the methods of TOPSIS and grey relational degree, the NPD project plan at each stage is evaluated integratedly, and then the NPD plan list is gotten by integrating all the evaluation results of each stage. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the process of the decision - making of sequencing the NPD project plan by this model.
