有机盐钻井液在准噶尔盆地东部三台地区的应用 被引量:6

摘要 准噶尔盆地东部三台地区地层中石膏、蒙脱石和伊蒙混层含量高,钻井过程中易发生缩径、垮塌、卡钻、井漏及钻井液流变性与滤失量难以控制等复杂情况,油气层保护与环境保护难度大,而有机盐钻井液具有抑制性强、流变性好且易调控、造壁性好、油气层保护效果好、对钻具无腐蚀、对环境无污染等优点,为此,在该地区4口井试验应用了有机盐钻井液,不但避免了井下复杂情况与事故的出现,提高了机械钻速,井径规则、电测一次成功率高,实现了对油气层与环境的有效保护,而且成本不高于聚磺钾钙基钻井液。 There are a lot of problems during drilling formations in Santai area of East Junggar Basin due to the high content of gypsum, bentonite, the mixture of illite and bentonite, including sloughing, tight hole, sticking, and the difficulties in controlling the rheological properties and the filter loss. The organic salt drilling fluid has strong inhibition, excellent rheological properties; better wellbore cake building ability, better formation protection, no corrosion to metal, and no pollution to environment. The applications in four wells indicate that it can avoid downhole accidents, increase rate of penetration, have regular borehole and high success ratio of normal electric logging, and protect formation and environment effectively.
