摘要
目的:探讨采用雷公藤多苷联合他巴唑强的松治疗甲亢突眼临床疗效及病例分析。方法:我院61例甲亢突眼住院患者,经雷公藤多苷联合他巴唑强的松治疗后,分析病例并综合评价其疗效。结果:雷公藤多苷联合他巴唑强的松治疗甲亢突眼的治愈率为57.4%,显效率为18.0%,有效率为11.5%,无效率为11.5%。结论:免疫抑制剂雷公藤多苷联合他巴唑强的松综合治疗甲亢突眼,疗效更为明显,可以相应地减少他巴唑强的松的剂量,副作用小,缩短病程。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and case analysis of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos. Methods： 61 cases of patients with thyrotoxic exophthalmos in our hospital were given case analysis and comprehensive evaluation after the treatment of Tripterygium Wiifordii united Tapazole Prednisone. Results： The cure rate of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos was 57.4%, markedly effective rate was 18.0%, effective rate was 11.5%, non-efficiency rate was 11.5%. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment of immunosuppressant Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone for hyperthyroidism exophthalmos is more evident, and can correspondingly reduce the dosage of Tapazole and Pred- nisone, and also has small side-effects, and shortens the course of treatment.
