摘要
利用灰色系统理论,研究城市轨道交通乘客满意度的评价问题,从城市轨道交通乘客运输的特点和消费者满意度的主观特性出发,构建城市轨道交通乘客满意度评价体系,结合乘客问卷调查结果,构建相应的多层次灰色评价模型,并用实例说明模型的有效性。
The evaluation of passenger satisfaction index in transit is studied by using grey system theory. From the characteristics of passenger traffic in transit and the subjective features of consumer satisfaction index, the evaluation system for passenger satisfaction index in transit is constructed. Combined with the results of passenger questionnaire, the corresponding multi-layer grey evaluation model is established, and an example is also used to show the validity of the model.
