摘要
建立HPLC法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量方法。色谱柱采用Thermo ODS HY-PERSIL(250mm × 4.6 mm,5 μ m),流动相为乙腈-0.3%乙酸溶液(体积比为30 : 70),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:322nm,进样量为10μL,柱温:35℃。阿魏酸在0.1~10 μ g/mL范围内,线性关系良好(r= 0.9998)。平均回收率为101.58%,RSD为1.57%。该方法灵敏、准确、简便易行、重复性好,可用于中药当归药材的质量控制。
A High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method was established to determine the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis Diels. Thermo ODS HYPERSIL (250mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) ,acetonitrile -0.3% acetic acid (30 : 70) as the mobile phase ,with a detection wavelength at 322 nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The injection volume was 10 μL, and the column temperature was set at 35℃. The calibration curve of ferulic acid was in good linearity over the rang of 0.1-10μg/mL( r= 0.9998). The average recovery was 101.58%, and RSD was 1.57 %. The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis Diels .
