摘要
目的:观察电针结合放血疗法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用电针结合放血疗法,对照组采用电针疗法。结果:观察组痊愈15例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%,痊愈率50%,对照组痊愈6例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%,痊愈率20%,两组痊愈率比较P<0.05,总有效率比较P<0.01;两组腰腿疼痛与疼痛并麻木的疗效比较P<0.05;下肢静脉怒张或显露者疗效比较P(0.01,无下肢静脉怒张或显露者疗效比较P>0.05。结论:电针结合放血疗法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效较好,且下肢静脉怒张或显露者采用放血疗法疗效佳,此法值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture therapy combined with bloodletting therapy on degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly assigned into group A （ n = 30） and group B （ n = 30）, patients in group A underwent electro-acupuncture combined with blood- letting therapy through puncturing vein, patients in group B underwent electro-acupuncture therapy, the effect was studied. Results： Of patients treated in group A, 15 cases were cured, 13 cases were improved, and 2 cases were unimproved, the cure rate and total effectual rate were 50%, and 93.3% respectively; of patients treated in group B, 6 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved, and 8 cases were unimproved, the cure rate and total effectual rate were 20%, and 73.3% respectively ; compared the parameters between the two groups, the differences were significant for cure rate and total effectual rate（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 010 respectively）, for the effects of alleviation of back and leg pain as well as numbness and pain （ P 〈 0.05 ）, for the improvement of the disease with venous bulge or varicosis of legs （P 〈0.01 ）, and the difference was not significant for the improvement of the disease without venous bulge or varicosis of legs（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture combined with blood-letting therapy has good effects on degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis, and blood-letting therapy indicates especially for patients with venous bulge or varicosis of legs.
