摘要
从所有制形态、产品加工深度和技术含量、规模经济和可持续发展几方面分析了煤炭产品结构现状及煤炭产业的竞争环境,认为煤炭产业面临着来自新加入者的竞争,存在现有煤炭企业之间的竞争、来自其它能源产业的竞争和来自煤炭用户的竞争;认为煤炭产业是分散型产业并分析了煤炭产业竞争过度的主要原因;列举了煤炭产业内企业间过度竞争的危害;对改善煤炭产业竞争结构提出5点设想,它们是:提高煤炭产业的市场集中度、创造煤炭企业之间的平等竞争条件、设置较高的产业进入壁垒、发展较低的产业退出壁垒,发展行业协会以维护煤炭产业内部平等竞争的秩序。
From the angle of forms ofownership, depth of product processing and techinical content, economy of scale and sustainable development, this article analyzes the current status of coal product structure and the competition environment in the coal sector. The coal industry, as the article considers, is faced with competitions from the new comers, competitions between the existing coal enterpises, competitions from other energy industies and competitions from coal consumers. The article also considers that coal industry is a dispersed industry and analyzes the main reasons for the over--heated competition with an account of the harmfulness of the over--heated competitions among coal enterprises and puts forward five propsals for improving the competition structure in the coal sector such as: improve the level of market concentration in the coal sector; create conditions for fair competitions among coal enterprises lindustries with higher standards are allowed to enter the coal sectorl those with lower development degree are to be rejected ,coal industry association are to be set up for a fair competition orders in the coal sector.
